Welcome to the 2022-23 Regular Season Registration Session with Center State Youth Hockey Association!

 

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation or sponsorship and submit payment. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available.  

 

You will have the option to pay in full or select one or our payment options for the current seasons.  

 

Please check in your shopping cart that your payment method is as you elected.

NOTICE TO MEMBERS ON TEAM MAKEUP

THE USA HOCKEY rules allow for a maximum roster of 20 players.  Going over 20 players results in players having to be "benched" for games based on coaches decisions.  Note that under the 20 roster limit there is a limit on players under the rules; maximum of 18 skaters can dress for a game, there is no limit on goalies so long as the roster does not exceed 20 players.  

Once a team reaches 18 skaters and 2 goalies the CSYHA coaches reserve the right to working skaters 19+ and goalie 3+ to determine a way forward for the season but the ultimate decision remains with the coaches and CSYHA board.

Note on Off-line Payments

Please note CSYHA does not take offline payments this season, should you need help with these email the contact at the bottom of this page.  We are working with our vendor to remove an option for off-line payments on the shopping cart page. 

Should a off-line payment option show and you elect it please note you will be billed via the PowerPay system to collect the payment and if you elect the payment option it may affect those dates.

Family Discount

If you are registering more than one player in your family this season, you will receive a 15% discount on the second (and third, if applicable) child's registration fee.  In order for the registration system to recognize that your family is registering multiple players, please register all of your players at the same time starting with the player with the highest registration fee first.  

 

On the Review Page, there is a link near the bottom to "Register Another Player" - please click on this link to ensure that all of your family's players are registered within the same order.

 

***Failure to do so will result in a forfeiture of your family's discounted rates.***

 

Please note that LTP is eligible for a multiple player discount but it will not provide this to you at registration, After registering your players here, register the LTP player and within a few days you will receive notification that a discount refund is being processed . 

 

***NOTE: The registration system should check to ensure the highest registration is paid in full but if there is an error made CSYHA will contact you to ensure discounts are applied correction.  To avoid issues, register your players with the highest registration fees first.***

USA Hockey Registration Requirement

Each Player MUST register first with USA Hockey for the upcoming season.   

 

Once you have a current USA Hockey Registration number return to this Registration Session to signup for the current Season with CSYHA.

 

  • Step 1:  CLICK HERE to go to USA Hockey Registration and register your player(s). Be sure to PRINT and SAVE their confirmation code(s). Remember to register EACH of your players with USA Hockey. Each player must have their own unique USA Hockey confirmation number.
  • Step 2:  Return to this registration and proceed. Later in this registration session you will need to enter the USA Hockey Confirmation Code that you received in Step 1.

Payment Information

The registration service allows for families to elect one of two options for payment of fees for the coming season. 

 

PAY ONLINE IN FULL:  Submit total fees online today upon conclusion of this registration session via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account.

 

PAYMENT PLAN (MITES-MIDGETS) OPTION:  Fees are divided into 2 installments with the first installment to be collected online today (50% of registration fee, fundraising fee, and uniform fees) upon conclusion of this registration session via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account. The remaining balance (50% of registration fee) will be automatically debited from the SAME ACCOUNT on October 1st.

PAYMENT PLAN OPTION 4 Payments(MITE to MIDGET/non-wrap):  Fees are divided into (5) installments with the first installment to be collected online today upon conclusion of this registration session via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account for $100.00. The remaining balance will be automatically debited from the SAME ACCOUNT on July 1st, August 1st, September 1st and October 1st of the current year.

PAYMENT PLAN OPTION 6 Payments(MITE to MIDGET/non-wrap):  Fees are divided into (6) installments with the first installment to be collected online today upon conclusion of this registration session via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account. The remaining balance will be automatically debited from the SAME ACCOUNT on June 1st, July 1st, August 1st, September 1st and October 1st of the current year.

You may elect to pay off or make a partial payment on the balance at any time between now and 01 October.

uniform costs

The costs of uniform items can change annually and the organization does check in the off season with alternate vendors to keep the costs down .  For the current season the uniform cost will be $218.50 for a full uniform and will include home and away customized jerseys as well as a 2 pair of hockey socks.

Uniform orders normally are expected to be submitted June 20, September 1, and possibly one more in early October time frame.  go in August 1, October 1, and again later in the season but remember the season starts in September and  games normally start in early November.  Plan Ahead!

 

jersey NUMBERS

New payers or players wishing to change numbers will be asked for 3 numbers when you register, when orders are submitted the Jersey Manager will assign numbers based on your preference's you submit at registration.  Once assigned we will work to have the jersey numbers posted to your child's roster area on the website.  We will account for birth year movement of your child so that when moving from one level to another you do not have to order new jerseys because of duplicate numbers.

Existing players who are replacing a jersey need to include the name you want on the jerseys and the number you were assigned last season.
